Julia graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2021 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Her background includes a variety of internships and co-ops doing machine design and product development. She worked in the metrology and optics industry, on an electric formula car, and in the ceramics and glass industry.

In her free time, Julia loves to be outdoors hiking, sailing, or swimming. She also enjoys baking, cooking, and playing board games with friends and family.
